As Technical Manager for the Addept Connect suite, Andy leads the Connect development and support team, overseeing all aspects of design, project management and deployment.

Andy has a wealth of experience in the design and implementation of intranets, in particular, in the areas of infrastructure integration and Internet security.

With a background in the oil industry, as a developer of real-time technical solutions and as an IT manager, Andy has successfully played leading roles in the development and implementation of applications for the PC, UNIX and Mainframe environments.

Finding practical and viable solutions to business problems is what Bill is good at.

His knowledge of a wide range of programming languages from assembler to Java, complimented by his technical background, designing and building specialist instruments, provides Bill with a formidable platform to base his analytical talents.

In Addept, Bill’s main role is that of Technical Architect, particularly with regard to bespoke developments carried out on behalf of clients. He is also responsible for many of the innovative algorithms at the heart of Addept Connect.

Bill, who is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Electrical Engineers and holds B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics from Bristol University, spent 15 years working in the Research & Engineering division of a major oil company prior to joining Addept

Mike's career has taken him from Civil Engineering, through Offshore Exploration, Aerospace-Defence and Communications to Knowledge Management.

Within Addept, Mike's primary role is business development with a particular emphasis on Knowledge Management solutions. With over 20 years experience at the leading edge of technologies, Mike is well placed to understand the value and the challenges in implementing an effective strategy for sharing knowledge and experience.

Mike has a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering, is a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and is a co-founder of Addept

Neil drives the sales of Addept's full range of products and services, addressing both the knowledge management and engineering disciplines.

With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Neil has undertaken all aspects from project management to software coding. During this period Neil has been involved in a wide variety of projects for both civilian and military clients throughout Europe.

Prior to co-founding Addept, Neil worked with Arup (formally Ove Arup) for 9 years, working in both the structural engineering and IT arenas. Since Addept's formation, he has worked with wide range of people from all walks of life across a broad range of business sectors.
