His knowledge of a wide range of programming languages from assembler to Java, complimented by his technical background, designing and building specialist instruments, provides Bill with a formidable platform to base his analytical talents. In Addept, Bill’s main role is that of Technical Architect, particularly with regard to bespoke developments carried out on behalf of clients. He is also responsible for many of the innovative algorithms at the heart of Addept Connect. Bill, who is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Electrical Engineers and holds B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics from Bristol University, spent 15 years working in the Research & Engineering division of a major oil company prior to joining Addept

With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Neil has undertaken all aspects from project management to software coding. During this period Neil has been involved in a wide variety of projects for both civilian and military clients throughout Europe. Prior to co-founding Addept, Neil worked with Arup (formally Ove Arup) for 9 years, working in both the structural engineering and IT arenas. Since Addept's formation, he has worked with wide range of people from all walks of life across a broad range of business sectors.
